Wow. Yet another thing about Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite? Well, I just thought of this.Plus I also want to point out, not all the problems of the game are Capcom's fault. The whole "no X-Men or Fantastic 4 characters" is because Marvel and Disney are pissed that FOX owns the movie rights to those character and they don't want to give FOX free promotion. I thought they cleared the whole thing up with Contest of Champions, but I guess not. Now, if rumors are true, we will see them as DLC.
Also, I want to stress something. I don't hate this game. I'm actually really looking forward to it, especially the characters rumored to be DLC. it's just that it could have been handled better.

Ever since Marvel Studios became great again thx to Disney, Marvel wants the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Deadpool back from Fox. But unfortunately, Fox is keeping the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Deadpool hostage! Sony and Marvel are sharing the rights to the Spiderman movie rights, but not Fox no not Fox cause they want money!

Compare this with Injustice 2, who lets the Joker, a, if not the most, popular comic book villain, appear despite being DEAD in the last game and the fact his inclusion will destroy every context of the character roster of Injustice 2, and the fact Hellboy will appear as well.

Contest of Champions was released before the ban was put into place. Though it does seem to be winding down a little. There are now X-Men characters in Marvel Future Fight, and Deadpool's gonna show up in Marvel Powers United VR. So maybe we'll get them as DLC down the line.

I don't believe that article. For one, Zero, Mike Haggar, Nova, Gamora, Ghost Rider and Dormammu aren't on that list.
