Description
Initially this was going to be a small quick update to my elfin vs and was never going to be a suite but here it is as part of the mini suite Elfin2. I tinkered with it for a while, turning it into a darker theme, added some stylish but low profile buttons and polished a few areas. All in all it's a late night, long term use type of skin that grows on you like spiderman's new suit

FANTASTIC visual style. Abe really picked a winner on this one. This will be the second, visual style I've ever faved.. I applied it instantly, and it's just so.. wow.. I love it.
It goes so well with my Litestep theme I currently have running.
I must ask you though: What Iconpackager set is that pictured in your screenshot, and if it's not an iconpackager set, could you kindly turn it into one?

Very nice theme. I'm using it! BUT...
1. can you please fix horizontal sliders: they don't seem to appear;
2. there is no effect if hovering something in start menu: usually I don't use mouse and without it it's hard to see what's highlighted...

You can make it, if you have photoshop.
Just make some Light blue - Dark blue (Blue/neon)
Radial Gradient and then Put some Noise (Radious ~4) and then use motion blur on -90 angle and 80-240 Distance (Depens what kind of result you want.) and then use some sharpen and increase Contrast and lower brightness a bit.
