Philly visual style for use on Windows xp & Windows 2003 server---
Philly v2.0 is based on a previous theme made 2 years ago, the current incarnation is the fruit of many hours of work.

this will sound stupid, but how do you install it?
I tried just unzipping it & it installed automatically, but it won't work.
my computer may just be messed up.

My only complaint is that at 1600x1200, it's a strain on the eyes to read and increasing the text size messed up things a bit.

i love the theme but i have a little problem.. the theme works fine, exept when im surfing the internet with firefox the pages im viewing wont stop shaking.. i dont know if this is a common problem. however, this also happens whem im using the "pantherg" theme (if you know about that one)..
do u have any idea how to solve this? cause its really ANNOYING

Sorry, I'm not sure why you are having that problem. I currently use firefox as well and I dont have that issue that you're speaking about.
