Visual style for the Philly 3 SuiteWow where do I begin?! The Philly 3 VS was started in Nov or Dec of '06
using Philly 2 as a base, I played around with the colors of the old theme and decided to go with philly blue instead of using the grey.
It was finalized in January of '07 but was not released until now. It's been in constant use on my desktop for over a year and has my seal of approval in terms of it being a long term use type of skin. Try it and see if you share the same sentiment.

The Icons here are not the same made in the icon-pack you are linking to. These Icons are made by *mattahan or so I would assume they are. Proper credit to the right artists.

The icons in the screenshot are not what is on display. The visual style is its a GUI of sorts. If you don't understand, please let me know and I can try to explain a little better for you. Thanks.

I just don't see the point of showcasing something you are not delivering. If the icons aren't a part of the set, they should not be displayed but rather the icons that should be there originally.

No full start menu, fonts are missing in firefox tabs, buggy buttons in start menu... is that an alpha version ?
