Visual style for the Philly 3 SuiteWow where do I begin?! The Philly 3 VS was started in Nov or Dec of '06
using Philly 2 as a base, I played around with the colors of the old theme and decided to go with philly blue instead of using the grey.
It was finalized in January of '07 but was not released until now. It's been in constant use on my desktop for over a year and has my seal of approval in terms of it being a long term use type of skin. Try it and see if you share the same sentiment.

This is a wonderful VS. I have following suggestions on improving this even more, if you like:
- the top of the window frame (border) can not be adjusted or resized
- the ShellStyle looks broken (open Add/Remove Programs)
- the dark black color of the scroll bar, dropdown arrows, the radio butoon/check boxes do not complement the theme that well. Its dark color is rather distracting and you might want to use the lighter color for both these.
- if possible add Tahoma and Calibri fonts
- if task bars can be separated by border, it would be wonderful
Overall the theme looks very nice and I would like to make this a default theme down the road. Thank you for your good work. Keep it up and let me know if you can address the above items.
