This little lady is...actually, quite big.
She stands about 18" tall and 14" long, including mane and tail. She is made entirely from fleece. She is hand embroidered and machine sewn with hand-sewn parts. She is made from my own pattern.

Fluttershy has taken up residence alongside my bed. She's adorable! Very well made and looked after. She will live a long and happy life here in Australia. Thank you!

Is there a pattern that I can use/purchase to make a pony this size? I am new to everything MLP and would love to make a few to have around the house!

I don't give away my pattern, but if you look through 's "Patterns and Tutorials" folder I'm sure you'd be able to find one to resize.

By comparing the ponies to their human counterparts,the ponies would go up to about our hips. 20 inches is pretty close to my hips. That Fluttershy is nearly life-size.

Is that measurement for the top of the head or for the back? If it's for the top of the head, I never realized that they were that small? (She goes up to about my knee.)

Basically they compared Angel's size next to human Fluttershy and compared to Angel's size next to pony Fluttershy (when standing on all four legs.)

Was this something done in the show, or just measurements taken comparing Equestria Girls' Fluttershy and Angel to MLP: FiM Fluttershy and Angel?

Yeah it was exactly like that. Just measurements taken from someone's observations.

I'm thinking the characters in the show must have been a bit short, though, because 18" is only up to my knee.

Okay maybe my measurements were a little off, because they go up to human fluttershy's waist, and i dont think they're that tall.
