A million tiny details later, we have a race original to The Magic Nexus!

One of the greatest benefits of doing sketches on a tablet is also one of the greatest curses: the zoom feature. It is so convenient to be able to zoom in and make sure the details and features are just the way I want them. The issue there is that I forget that this will be printed out at 1/20th the size and no, Birdseed, you're NOT going to be able to draw in every single detail on those gears and screws when the whole area is 1mm across. Stahp.

This was one of those "I need to walk away from it and have a snack and come back an hour later" pieces several times over, but I'm very happy with it in the end.
