Very clean and nicely styled and colored.
The combination of very loose rendering (i.e. hair) and highly stylized rendering (belt ornaments) could work better if one were subordinated to the other. As it is, they compete for dominance. A slightly more coherent feathering pattern in the hair would do the trick.
Again, I'm thinking sketch card.
