the shading and toning is coming along. Just be consistent with it, now.
The pecs look a little weird - the underlying construction of the chest seems to be the problem. Was it constructed, really? Or did you just paint lines on the surface? Hmm?
The better you get at doing the finish, the more it shows where corners were cut.

It will come back to bite you if you don't attend construction.
Construction does make a mess. So work in blue pencil for a couple of weeks.
1) Do the initial construction of basic shapes and forms in blue line (Non-Photo Blue -NPB- is blue colored graphite, not waxy like a regular colored pencil, so it will erase with np.).
2) Then use a gray pencil (H, 2H, 3H) to put in the contour, anatomy and clothing detail.
3) Then go after the light and dark, spontaneously, with pen a brush as you finish. Pen for where light hits, brush for shade and shadow. (Since you can't repeat this step, analyze carefully. If it helps, use some shorthand notations in the pencils to guide the inking. For example, lightly outline the shadow areas with a pencil and mark them inside with an "x". Also, double line in pencil any line work that you want to finish with a thick ink line.
Work in steps. If you do it right, you will only have to back track one step to correct problems. Make all the corrections in that step before going on. But if you get to the inking, and decide to change the blue line, see if you have ADHD (Attentional Deficit/Hyper-activity Disorder).
