Description
This is the model of the 1701-D I'll be using in the next story. I'm having to go in and change out the name and registry. I needed to change the U in USS to an F for FSS. The problem is that all the black and red lettering are tied in together- you can't turn any one letter invisible with out turning all the black and red invisible.Β I do have one other problem and I address this to other Trek fan artists out there. I've had this model in my runtime for several years. As such I don't have the original zip file or Readme anymore. I want to give credit for the model in my next book, but I don't know who made it. If anyone knows please post a reply, I'd appreciate it.

Very cool, Madison. Well done. We did something very similar with that model, and we even named it very similarly. If it's the model I have, the original was by Prologic, with the conversion done by the master, Mattymanx.Β

Yes, I posted the pic and the question om the Daz forum and they helped me ID it. I still have the lettering on the bottom of the saucer to replace. Then I have to check the Cardasian model I have to see if it's useable. Then I'll get to work finalizing the script.

Glad to hear that they were able to help with that. Don't forget the lettering on the warp nacelles, too. LOL. Hopefully the work on this one goes more smoothly than the last one did. Good luck.

The name's not on the nacelles- just the NCC-1701-D part. The FSS part is only on the saucer. Now on the Constitution, I had to adjust the texture map for the nacelles. They had United Federation of Planets under the registry number. I had to change it Federal Union of Planets. PostΒ the Underside view in a few moments.
