The final issue in the four part arc for April!
I debated whether or not to include a fifth one (since I said every Saturday in April), but that would mean having a fifth (and unplanned) comic in this saga when there's a regular update day just two days later. So, AuTalkz will resume its 1st and 15th update days after this.
In case it's not clear, Kairy is holding onto the outer panel of the typical comic strip (breaking the 4th wall is fun).
I didn't want to go into much more detail, since this was supposed to be a simple explanation and show what I call the "Disability Tree" featuring comorbid disorders. This one just wraps it all up in the least amount of text I could go with since I really don't like to have wordy comics; that's better suited for a book-like format of some sort.
That, and when someone reads a comic (especially a comic strip), they don't expect a wall of text. Sometimes getting a little wordy is fine, but I try to keep things simple and short...
...hence why I often go into more detail here in the description.
So, anyway...that about wraps up the Disability Tree arc.
Also! AuTalkz has a Facebook page! I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to that; I've never managed a non-personal page before, so I'm still learning the ropes as well as what I want to use it for, but I figure I'll be using it for announcements...and maybe some sort of "Ask Kairy" part. While social situations make me nervous, I really do want to help people understand autism...and part of that is answering questions.
I also don't want to alienate any of you/my fanbase. I'm certainly no big-shot celebrity, I'm a normal person.
Welp, normal for me. XD
Anyways, there are some things in the works which I'm trying to figure out the best way to manage.

Urgh...I hate that phrase (using it as a "crutch"). That's actually why it's taken me so long to get back to you. My dad pulls that line on me all the time when I have trouble doing things due to autism/anxiety/etc.
Letting someone know you have autism is sort of a heads-up that you might do something differently or not act the way "normal" people are expected to act in social situations.

I practically grew up with it, and in the grief of my elementary school years made me look forward to it even more.
Besides it can be argued that Edd (Double-D) is one of us

That's him alright. His nickname was "Sock Head," 'cause he always wore that hat, and nobody knows what's under it; for all we know the top half of his cranium is transparent, revealing his pulsating cerebral cortex.
As to why I believe he's one of us, the facts simply speak for themselves: genius-level intellect (mathematics, statistics, biology, chemistry, physics, construction, etc.), near eidetic memory, highly sophisticated vocabulary, obsessive compulsive personality (cleanliness, organization of personal belongings and others, dedication to established routines), social awkwardness (especially around girls and could attribute to his stage fright), limited topics of conversation...

After that long discussion, now its back to play time and napping if anyone even does that anymore
I enjoyed this 4 part comic, and it was nice to see Ryan again. ^^

I don't really roleplay, nope. I used to be part of a Harry Potter RP site, but I quit that years ago (mostly because I had put a link to AuTalkz in my signature on the off-topic forums, and it was wiped by a new mod who claimed that it "might offend people". There's more to the story, but long story short, I didn't like the feeling of being silenced and not even being able to have a link to my comic on autism, by someone with autism...aka, me...because it might "offend someone". I found that supremely offensive, so I quit).

People can be assholes, Nikki. I'm sorry that happened to you. I had critiqued this one guy's story on this site and two other users attacked me for my opinion and then the user blocked me. So I know what it feels like.
I'm here for you though and I don't roleplay fanfictional universes anyway. I created my own perfect world. And you helped bring a picture of little me to life. For that I'm forever grateful.
So...I take it that you haven't roleplayed in a long time then huh?
