This Floatzel model is able to work with its master when not in use by them, and, like the Charizard, has the ability to open its stomach by pressing or having their master press a button in the middle that reveals a cockpit. The mech will then enter a mode in which it cannot move on its own, but can still freely communicate with its master in the cockpit via it's inner sound system. It can rotate its tails around nearly 360 degrees, enabling it to move swiftly underwater at motor boat-like speeds. It also has a detachable flotation sac on it's back that can be transformed into a raft. It also moves faster in the rain, much like an organic Floatzel can. It also has a water cannon within its mouth. It is also able to use HMs and TMs.
