Is this done in DOGA? I recognise some of these parts, like the hands and the plates on the back of the elbows.

Yes it's DoGA. Funny you mention the hands, though. They're actually custom built.

They look similar to one of the parts I have.

For some reason I imagine some X-Pulse lasers, and lots of heat sinks. Definitely not designed for recon or scouting
