Description
The idea: The coordinating figure of The Birds of Prey. They are a trio of pretty girls who live normal lives at day but are crime-fighters by night. They continue Batman's work in Gotham because in the story, he retired from being the caped crusader. Oracle is Barbara Gordon, the niece of Gotham Police Commissioner Gordon and yes; the previous Batgirl. However, she was crippled by the Joker and now can only fight crime using her brains and the powerful information network of of the Delphi Tower (The trio's HQ in Gotham). The chair she is sitting is actually an automated wheel chair. My concept was to do a comic-style character design in foreground while a more elaborate picture focusing on her face for the background. I thought of applying the same techniques as I did with Leelee's face portrait but changed some for this one.

The history: Well as you can see it was unfinished. I made this one after I drew the Portrait of Leelee back in the summer of 2005 when I was so into the DC femme-fatales. Unfortunately I haven't got enough time to finish this one because of the opening of classes and I was 2nd year college that time. I also don't think I'll be having adequate time to finish this one now because of the super-toxic life in med school. So I decided to upload this one anyway.
