In case you haven't figured it out yet for whatever reasons (as you asked this 3 days ago at the time of me typing this)
At the bottom of the Brush window, in the lower left corner, is this button with a Cloud and Arrow icon. Click that and it will bring up a window that lets you add all the brushes from the Cloud that you want. There is also a search bar, so just search for "pencil" and you'll get all the pencil brushes available to add to your avaliable brushes

Which platform? Android, iOS, or desktop (Windows or Mac)?Β
On the desktop, latest version (6.1, see the Help menu, About to see your version), there is now an Add Brush (Cloud) button at the bottom of the brush list, to the left of the standard Add Brush button.Β

After selecting the "pencil" icon (actually the Brush tool) tap the "palette" icon at the bottom of the screen. From here you can select other default brushes or tap the "+" icon to create a new brush from a range of standard brush types or to download one of the brushes in the cloud library.
