It says 2015 but these were designed 2 years ago in 2013.
So I was going through some pretty old sketches and I found these babies. They were an idea for a fire starter family way back when and wow, I forgot all about them Β
So, watcha think? Did I have something good from way back then?

I thought about this a long time ago xD In the wild it can swim thru lava but on normal ground it's back legs are flat and it props itself up on it's front legs. Sorry for the late reply.

Is it kind of similar to Torkoal and Turtonator? Yes.
But the thing that I like about this starter is that it closes the testudine starters, a water terrapin (Squirtle), a grass tortoise (Turtwig) and a fire sea turtle (Tortorch).

It looks more like Tirtouga and Carracosta to me.

I was thinking that be really cool but to be breaking the type rules for starters is a bit much. MaybeΒ a mega would be suited for that typing.

Then you probably would have to make stand on its two legs.
Cause that would be weird to make it stand then crawl again. But, eh, you're the boss here.

Did you have something good from then? Yes, yes definitely. It's such a fun design, having a volcanic sea turtle. The steam coming out of the back just shows you gotta be careful with this guy. Having a shell that goes from just a shell to volcanic rock. Gah, just... it's such a great design! Gonna guess Fire/Rock with this starter. But seriously, I love it. Every form is so strong.

Β Hey, it took literally months to get this far, to build courage to post, to learn about important things, and before all of this I was at zero. But most of all I do what I want and it seems people like it~ as far as designs go, look at ALOT of things and experiment,Β keep drawing and before you know it something works and even you love it~
