If you know ´s comics you may see some similaritys^^
In fact Knuddels was originally created as (some kind of) villain in our game and this was the first (and until now my only) drawing of him. He´s not supposed to be the same character as the one from , that´s the reason why this one has a s on the end of it´s name instead of a z. But he uses some of his lines like FEARR ME!! and LIEEE!^^

Knuddels shows up early in the story when Inu and Ryu took on a monsterhunting job to kill a beast ravaging in the nearby woods. They´re reaching a ruin where the beast has been seen several times. But all they found first was a small hamster...a talking hamster. He introduced himself as "the dark ruler Knuddels the Hamsterlord". He actually seemed like no threat but Ryu is allergic against him and so Inu snipped him away with a rubberband. This act of "outrage" causes Knuddels to send the real beast in, his minion Furball. He also shows up several more times and always sends one of his minions against the party until he finally fights them himself in a final showdown (which is actually not that easy cuz he indeed has some pretty powerful but somehow crazy magic attacks like the "Wheel of Doom" which crushes it´s victim with a giant burning hamsterwheel). After that he returns to his "Evil Tower in the Sunflower Fields of Demise" to plot his revenge.

for those who don´t know already, "knuddeln" is the german word for cuddle, so he would be called "Cuddles" in english, but that sounds to much like a puppie or kitten in my ears^^
