It seems you've been doing your research ratha !I personally do not have something like this, they are often bestowed upon 'official' snipers like those part of the Military or Maverick Hunters and I feel any sort of clattering accesory like that would be bothersome.
The concept itself fascinates me though; especially because most forms of psychical rounds have become obsolete in favor of pure energy bullets.

I thought it would be wise to do some research on snipers, since I seem to know so many! And I hadn't thought about a hog's tooth being noisy, but I realize now why it would be.
I thought it was a fascinating concept, too. If only for the idea of a talisman for protection.

You could perhaps try a choker, or a bracelet, or tie it around your waist, or even attach it to your coat. And to keep it from making a lot of noise, you could wrap it with cloth or cording, or something soft to cushion it from hitting your armor.
