Yeah it's tricky. Been wanting to try cauliflower fried rice but haven't found motivation to actually make it yet. It's been on my to-cook list for years :/ Also I am curious to try a cauliflower pizza crust, just for the sake of knowing what it tastes like. Sometimes I make something with ingredients I usually don't like just for the sake of curiosity.

Ohh, cauliflower dough, how would that work?? I've been on a huge Soylent kick for the past year now. It's pretty terrific. I still like to cook for others, of course but, for myself, I mostly just eat Soylent all the time now. -D

Umm, I do like it because of the taste...it doesn't really taste like anything I've ever had before and it's designed to be completely neutral in flavor so people can flavor it themselves but, it just has a slight hint of almonds ... to me anyway. -D Β But mostly I like it because of the way it makes me feel. Because it's a super clean food, I always feel super energized and positive all the time. -D

Thank you! Very glad you like it. Some of the details were added in after I was actually finished with the texture. It was missing something. So I went back and replicated some of the bigger parts as smaller details
