You can get all the stuff from FFVII that let him wear it in the original as an Equipment Set called "Allure of Honey", but unfortunately he can only his wear FFVII and AC outfits. T_T

Weapon: Sexy Cologne (5 Spirit Stones, 2 Gale Shards)
Glove: Member Card (5 Great Serpent's Fangs, 2 Amplification Shards)
Helmets: Blonde Wig (5 Rubies, 2 Allure shards)
Clothing: Silk Dress (5 Giant Feathers, 2 Quickstrike Shards)
The complete set bonus is 1.5x Item Drop and Battlegen Rate.

No. XD Everyone only has 2 costumes. Dissidia wasn't designed for more than two costumes and costom equipment to show up.
