Now before anyone goes jumping down my throat about not finishing some of the fan fictions I've already started, know this;

I can't help it that sometimes I lose some of my zen toward writing certain stories, and sometimes by starting new stories, I gain the incentive to finish others.
Rest assured I WILL finish "I'll Always Be There" BEFORE I upload the first chapter to this story. Just know that this story is in the making and will be coming to Deviantart.com as well as Fanfiction.net soon for your reading entertainment~.
And just as a little treat for you readers, a summary of the story's plot:

Washington DC is a city filled with far more than just government buildings, shopping districts and political figures. It has it's dark sides too.
This wasn't known any better then by ten year old Trey Parker and his five year old sister Ava Parker. Living in the rougher part of DC, more commonly known 'Trinadad' always had it's down falls for the two youngsters. But all their problems plummeted to their deepest when their drug addicted, alcoholic mother abandoned them; leaving them to fend for themselves.

Fortunately for them a certain Autobot whose identity was unknown to mankind, by sheer coincidence stumbled upon the suffering duo unknowing of just how much the pair would turn his and N.E.S.T.'s world upside down.
