Yes - he's a land-based Predacon. Something rather strange for a Predacon actually. But considering his creator and half-sister are land based too - it's not THAT strange. ;]

Well in one of the next episodes that she appeared in, she did ask Heatwave if he missed her. Though I'm not sure if she was just messing with him or if she was being serious.

But yeah, this little guy is a good mix between those two, though his color scheme is mostly towards Heatwave, but with a bit more silver coloring.
Unlike Heatwave though, he does not spray water from the knuckles, instead the water comes from sprayers near his wrists.

Oh and the lights he has are on his shoulders but also run down his back, surrounding a small pack attached to his back that holds his water supply.
