cuando hago el proceso de cambiar a la letra japonesa los archivos cuando lo descomprimo no me aparecen en japones
como debo guardar el archivo para que este en japones  
my laptop using Windows 8.1 may think this fails the program so

if so then you need to install applocale.

For your information. AppLocale doesn't work on Windows 10. But you can use this instead Locale Emulator , note that it's only compatible with 32-bit programs. I used this in combination to 7-Zip in order to extract Japanese files.

Yeah, your method is easier. Every compressor should support different encodings to allow people to open files in other languages. I just left the information there because it could be useful to someone else.

I'll have to install this if I'm using a computer other than my own at some point-because I also play some Japanese games, I just have my system locale set to Japanese. I can still do stuff on the computer without much trouble, because the system language is set to English, plus I know Windows 7 like the back of my hand, so I know what anything untranslated does.
