Mutio from Blue Submarine #6...one of the characters who just doesn't get enough fanart.I used a pic of a souldoll as a ref, but in the end I changed her expression a lot. And she's not dumb (from how she seems to look on my pic). As said in one of the official artbooks, her race is very smart and also they are one of the first and most accomplished of Zorndyke's creations. Who's she? The same artbook says that she's human/koi fish mixture. But I believe there's also some cat genome mixed in as well. :3

Nice picture. I see you drew her with the first two episodes in mind. In those episodes, the red mark on her nose bridge was a line instead of a dot. She also looked somewhat older in those episodes than she does in the third and fourth ones.
