Yupp, they bastardized the poor Miranda with spare parts to build the Soyuz, and that included half the Phase II brdige.

You don't see much of the Soyuz around oin the net, personally I think with the Gagarin anniversary the other week some trekkie would have picked up on this or his namesake ship.
