Description
Random tablet thing, somewhat inspired by =Teruchan and I don't know how/why.
This might be scrapped... it started off as a doodle and I kept going further. It's one of those.
And I didn't entirely, well, try on this one either. I've been doing a lot of doodles/sketches lately, playing around with my tablet that I love oh so much. :<I... like the color scheme.
Not much else to say about it, haha. 
Done in Painter Classic and touched up in PSP X.

did u color it with pastel first then did the drawing on pc? or the other way around?

Actually, the background was done using the same program I did the drawing with; there's this brush that's supposed to have some sort of watercolor/pastel effect, it's amazing.
