Description
Used Paint Tool SAI 1000px wide canvas, mostly the acrylic tool. They used a lot of Luminosity layers and took about 2 hours each.Finished product:

I'm actually very slow, but these were just headshots so they didn't take a terribly long time.

Those looks great!
The only critique I can think of is that, Groudon's skin looks a little too soft and smooth.
He has this, almost reptilian looks, and represents land / mountains / volcanoes. So it would make sense for him to look "rough-skinned", and have maybe some chipped scales here and there, along with some more dirt.
That might be why you mentioned in another comment below you might have prefered the look of the sketch. Given the sketch has this roughness to it that fit groudon well.
Anyways, that's just what I think.

To be honest with you, I liked the first drawing you did of Primal Groudon better. All looks good still though.

Welcome to the crushing sense of disappointment that I feel every time I finish a picture and then realize the 30 second sketch looked better.
