Tumblr reblog linkLil' circle portraits for a project I'm doing.
Primal Kyogre is SURPRISINGLY FUN TO DRAW. Actually they're both surprisingly fun to draw. Glowy effects are the greatest.

'Primal' is NOT a prefix, it's an adjective. However, 'Proto-' is an ACTUAL prefix that is synonymous to primal.
