I had this on another older account. I deleted that account a few months back. This was my most popular deviation on that account, so I decided to re-upload it. I'm not stealing this. I made it myself. :3

I actually had to remake this, since my laptop's memory was cleared and I didn't get a chance to move this to an external hard drive or anything. XD Worth it though.

In case you don't know what to put:

General Info:
Name: Your character's name, obviously.
Age: Self explanatory.
Hair + eye color: self explanatory.
Body: Body type/build, for example, fit, skinny, tall, etc.
Fashion: How does your character dress? Sporty? Casual? Fancy?
Hometown + Region: Self explanatory
Trainer type: Breeder, trainer, coordinator, prof., etc
ID# : Your character's in game ID

Character design: The character's appearance

Accessories: Self explanatory- Important items or accessories worth mentioning in some way.

Hair style: How your character usually styles his/her hair. If they usually wear a hat, show the hair without it.

Pokemon 1-6: Short descriptions of each of your character's pokemon.

Alternate outfits: Maybe your character has extra clothing for different events? Draw it here.

Badges: Self explanatory, draw your badges here.

Extra Pokemon: Any extra pokemon worth mentioning.

Other: Any extra information can go here. For example a character bio, or a little history on your character/ their pokemon.
