Edit: I hope no-one kills me for this but I've added an accessories section rather than squish everything into the item section. Removed the moves from the pokemon section so that more space can be used to focus on the items appearance.
Note: You don't have to be part of the touranment to use it, just fill it in if you have a trainer!
Download for psd. Please link back to this when you fill it out so others may find it! I know this is a big one but there are seven members of your team (including trainer) and I have barely scratched the surface!

About this Template
Information: Fill it out as best you can for your trainer. I chucked in the mobile number for the fun of it seeing as most of us have a similar device. If all the info doesn't fit here put it in your comments box.
Trainer Design: Both views are to help the ones that will be drawing you, not just yourself. The little circles are to be used as a colour index, add more circles if you need to.
Bag Design: There are few who actually don't have some sort of carry device, if you don't leave it blank or fill it with something!
Items: Key items should be coloured and preferably show more than one view to help others with drawing them.
Pokemon Boxes: Simple to fill out. Big white space is for the design and makes sure all the key features are here fo reference. Just fill out the info in the box and include anything else below.

Would you mind if I made one based off of this? Me and a few friends are working on our own, unofficial gym league and we needed a way to register trainers.
These are the league badges we needed a pretty good way to tell people about the league.

Is there anything in particular you might need on the reference? Obviously info, OC space and 6 pokemon but perhaps a place where they can attach bags and such? Colour preferences (does the league have a certain colour theme). I nearly forgot, do they have unlimited amount of attacks (which means I wouldn't need to add the section) or limited amount (how many?) Anything else you need, feel free to request
On a side note, do you have a group for this league yet and an icon? I could make a icon for your group (for consitency)

-Space for the OC
-Spaces for the 6 Pokemon team
-Character bio area
-Hometown
-Gym Badges (We need to be able to include the badges from other regions)
About the Pokemon:
-Pokemon attacks are limited (only the 4 attacks that you have them knowing are on the sheet)
-All other information is from the in game data
We don't have a group yet. This whole thing started off as a Pokemon cosplay group and we wound up expanding it from there. If we make a group (Or, as I am not bad at maintaining one) a website, the art offer is appreciated.

I suppose I forgot to ask, do you need the front/back thing and would that be 5 sets of gym badges (there will be five regions soon) plus your 8 gyms? (I can make it more specific that way) and would you prefer check boxes with words or empty boxes for badge pictures?

We won't need the whole front/back thing ,and jsut leave the other gyms as check boxes. We are upping the ante with our league. We have 16 gyms. Please empty boxes for the badges from our league.

Wow! It's amazing, I did make a slight alteration to the ref and removed the moves from the pokemon section so that the box can focus on the appearance of the item, I hope you don't mind. It's amazing, I think I'm going to be taking a leaf out of your book and do a time line!
