Yes, it does, although it's very fast if you don't set any definite delay for each frame like (200ms) or so.

This tutorial is the best! Helped me so much. But I must ask, what is the purpose of inverting the back ground? I didn't do it and my stamp still turned out fine...

Hmm, the inverting has nothing to do with the animation itself,
but it looks better with the picture I was working with here.

Just adjust the pause number between to higher (slower) or lower (faster)
numbers. (Last panel).
