I don't get it... how is it even possible to make things look like this in Apophysis?

It's like looking at clothes swirling in a front-close washing machine. Very shiny!

This is very cool, kind of like a magnifying glass or something, awesome work!

An excellent representation of what i think occurs in our minds in this modern age, bombarded by new facts and unusal concepts our brains are in a constant state of flux, where one day are expected to perceive one thing as the ab solute and perhaps just moments later to regard it as an egrigious error. The cinfussion this must bring to our minds which recieve signals from our being wanting nothing more than a standard on which to rely,so it may get on with its work with providing a pilosophy which allows true inner peace. Our poor modern brains assaulted bt anbiguous informatiom on a second by second basis.

So much detail going into this... So many different things to look at.
Your art defies description, it rocks so hard! XD
Ormaybe I need a bigger dictionary? -_-...

I love the background being clearly visible, as it makes the central part appear like a magnifying glass on something that can be viewed as a distorted variation of Yin and Yang.
Very nice work, great depth!

Spectacular image. It has a glass like sheen to it. Wonderful gradient.

This just cool...nothing else. I love that circle in the center which frames the tumbling shapes. Those shapes are the only real color and draw focus but don't steal it from the rest of the image. There's great depth and light all through this, but the dark edges add a lot by sort of finishing the piece. The dark edges also create a sense of the center section protruding and this adds even more depth. The colors are metallic, but not overpoweringly so. This is very, very nicely done.

While I don't care for the brightness (I would like it with more contrast) I love everything else about this flame. Very nice!
Of course changing the contrast may take away from the outer part of the flame, which I also like for the DOF effect it has.

I did play with the contrast, saturation, and some other stuff, but it just didn't look right. Thanks for your honest input Nemo!

You're welcome.
I still like it though. Like I said the more I thought about it, the more I could see other problems trying to adjust it.
It's deffinately a good clean looking render. And I like the over all appeal of it.
