Those talons are going to shred her arm. There is a reason people use thick leather gloves.
Cool image.

I really like this render. I have a bit of a hard time making out the Eagle, the head and feet stand out but the body and wings are a touch difficult. I really like how you set up the scene.

This is a great piece of work my dear. Her pose..the anticipation of the Eagle coming to her are all done so very well. I always enjoy your works.

Nice work! How do you like working with Stephanie 5? Any difference versus the Gen4 characters (especially Victoria 4++)?

Not really, the Riley texture for Stephanie 5 is a bit crap though, the skin is too orange.

I do not feel that a full Critique is needed for this one so I'm just going to comment.
I also find that the eagle blends into the set to much. It would have been pulled out of the scene more if you had of used a spring time setting or leaf set on your trees. I also think the Pose for the girl is a bit odd. Something about the hip and spine looks off for the way the feet are placed, the left arm just does not look natural to me. I have a hard time placing the pose in a natural movement.
I hope you understand my comments. They are just what I see, I still think it's a Good render.

I like the girl's skin tone and shading. Very realistic.
On my screen, it's hard to see the eagle. I think I would have added a "cheat" light slightly to the front and below the eagle in the way a professional photographer would probably have used a flash. It would light up the eagle's belly. I think the eagle is an older model (I've had it on my wishlist like forever) and I'd make sure to set the shader to Ubersurface, and use the specular 2 and velvet settings to create depth in the feathers on the belly, if you haven't already done so.

Thanks for the comments, there's still some things im learning. Didn't know about the "Ubersurface".

search for ubersurface inside your content library (the icon is a red teapot). When you click ubersurface, the object will go white. What you do is select the object's surface tab, hit right-click-copy, then double-click ubersurface. The object goes white. Then right-click-paste and you have your original shading files back in the diffuse, bump etc fields. You will need to activate the bump setting because the ubersurface unclicks it. But now you have a shitload more shading channels to play with. Velvet is by far the best of these.
Beware: this will eat up your time and keep you up veeerrryyy late at night
