v0.95a of FractOE, programmed in VB (indeed it sucks) but the program runs well. Lots of fixes and updates since 0.5. View readme for details.

If you have problems with the installer program (setup.exe) you can try opening the .cab file and running FractOE directly from there. I may search for different installation software because this one has shown problems on some computers.
