Description
This is a fast work I promised to do a long time ago, so finally it's done. It's first illustration for a project I'm working on with few guys, we'll see what comes out of it

Having struggled off and on with addiction, this is an almost literal representation of how I (and several close to me) have made myself to feel by giving into a host of toxic "hobbies"...guess which 1 this rings a bell to?

The glass on this man's neck, is it going in or out of his body? Because it could be interpreted that he's causing harm to others or self-loathing and those actions circle back too him, or he's sending pain (intentional or otherwise) to others and they are sending that pain to him. Very nice use of shading by the way.

My, i love how free and quick this feels, and at the same time how much it relates to a simple feeling or idea, not a particular object or situation.
