`itirepMade from his original avatar.
I opened the original avatar in ImageReady.
Deleted all the frames except the first.
Linked all the layers together.
Created a new layer set from linked.
Send to Photoshop.
Use the extract filter on each layer.
Once all layers were extracted.. duplicate layer set.
Top layer set set to screen.
Bottom layer set I put a 1 pixel black stroke on each layer.
Send to ImageReady.
Reanimation is as simple as turning on and off layers.
I had to play with the optimize settings a little to get it under 15kb.
I deserve no credit for this one.
It was beautiful before I got to it.
I only wish I did the actual animation of the skeleton..

Extract filter? there are so many areas of Photoshop I have yet to discover...
nice piece, and even though the animation is not yours, the technique you used is quite advanced. wow.
