To give a bit of criticism, the legs look a bit rigid. I think they should be a bit bent, but nethertheless GREAT creature!

They remind me of Emperor Sea Striders with their Juveniles flying around them.

well, your right, but the Juveniles of the Slitaj rest in the hives of the parental tail
And: the Slitaj is much smaller than the Sea Strider
