hmm I guess.. Aside from that I think photoshop is really better than SAI too, its just that SAI is very easy to use, produces smooth pen strokes, and allows color blending unlike photoshop. But its just that xD

OH Yeah, that one too, and [link] : this one is the only meme I found comparing them. Its easier to handle linearts and colors in SAI, but if you are going to try drawings with a majority of landscapes and painting effects,I believe Photoshop is better. I haven't seen a artists of landscape and big drawings use SAI as medium yet but SAI is very easy to use when drawing characters, and that's the beauty of it, but it is very limited to painting/drawing only, you cannot "play" with your drawing and create vast effects/textures/painting styles as much as you can in photoshop.

Mine did come out water color like, but it wasn't exactly the right picture for it either. I mentioned you in the descriptions and forgot to link your tutorial 
The hair isn't right because it it long and not as detailed

This tutorial is really informative! But I wonder, was the original lineart done traditionally with a very sharp pencil or something? I like lines like that, but I don't think I can get those though any drawing programs like photoshop and SAI...

hm, I drew the lineart in SAI.
Under your pen tool's density/opacity, there is a box with a drop down menu. xD
Its called Noise brush or something, but its the 3rd brush in the drop down menu. Set it to 100.
Click advanced settings (found just above the brush size circles) and put a check mark on Dens beside Size.
Decrease a little of your pen tool density/opacity, stroke on your canvas a desired dark grey color( since pencil lead gives out grey, not black) to check if your pen tool density is what you want, and that's it! ;u;
Other tools have that too.
