COMMISSION FORM

Name: Character name and or series
Hair Color: what color do see the characters hair as
Eye Color: what is the color of the characters eyes
Expression: what facial expression would you like on your character
Marks or Tattoos: any marks, scars, tattoos etc you want on your character and where are they located
Type of Plush: example - MiniChibi Plush, SuperChibi Plush, Pocket Plush, Custom Lg. Standing Plush, Cuddle Plush, Custom Non-Human Plush or Pony Plush
Payment: Paypal (Please note - Please include your Username with payment)
Reference: at least 2 pics (front and back) but the more pics you can give me the more detailed the plush or doll can be made) Any Accessories or Markings need a reference or be referenced in at least 1 picture or will not be included in commission
Extra Wishes: anything you can think of that will help me make the plush or such how you want it - example: include sword, necklace, change hair color, eye color, etc.
Email Address: self explanitory (just so I can send you an invoice for payment once terms have been worked out via note, email, etc.)

~~~~Also Please note that this year has been one of my worst years Health wise. My Doctors and I have been doing all we can to keep me as active as I can be but sadly it has affected my speed and ability to make plushies and craft. I have a very limited time to work at crafting each day and some days I am unable to at all due to health issues.
So please take this into consideration if looking to commissioning me alright.

***I almost NEVER accept any commission with a deadline anymore Unless I am certain I can get it done on time.
***Commissions/Trades can take anywhere from as little as a week to 12 months or more (sorry but that is how it is now - I am a passenger to the wills of my body now and no matter how much I am willing in mind and heart sometimes my body just cannot do it!)
***I only make Human/Humanoid based characters off the above listed styles!!
***Payment Plans can be worked out for Large (large order) commissions.
***I do still make Custom Pony Plushies and have also now begun working on making Pokémon, Digimon, Undertale and more type plushies. Don't be afraid to ask - These all tend to fall under a Custom Plush listing and can range in price from $20 - $200 USD depending on size and complexity.
***Shipping is Not included in Plush Prices - it is a separate fee added to the total. Shipping can range from $8 - $50 USD depending on where you live in the world and what type of shipping you want. Tracking and Insurance is extra!
