I tried my best! I made him a bit of a bishie though XD I hope you like it~ :3
He was really fun to draw once I got the base sketch done, I loved drawing his hair and clothing. :]

BTW, for that white outline do you just erase a white BG around the character, or do you mess with the layer properties? What do ya do? I must know!

Hmm, well I keep the coloring and the lineart separate layers until I'm done all the coloring. Then I make them into one layer. Next comes separate shading layers, then I combine those with the initial lineart/color layer.
Then I make a layer and make it entirely one obscure color (usually a color that's not in the piece...so for Reilyn I used magenta), so then it would look like-->
Layer 1: Lineart/color/etc
Layer 2: (whatever color)
Then I start erasing the white parts I don't want in the actual layer of the piece, then after that, I just delete the layer with the solid color. Then I save as a png. C:
