He requested a drawing of Kiba x Karui in Ainu costumes, eating dango ^^ I hope it looks okay. It took me forever. ;__;
I tried to keep them both in character as best as I could, but still make them "couple"-y. I hope I pulled it off. D:
The Ainu were the indigenous people of Japan, they lived in the Hokkaido area. There are no longer any more pure-blooded Ainu people living in Japan, as they had all been assimilated. Anywho, their clothing was similar to normal kimonos, but the colors were a bit more toned down and earthy.
I may go back and re-shade/shade this more later. Don't I say that about everything? OTL

I really like the style that's going on here. I'm not sure what it's called, but it's...authentic-looking, scratchy and striking.
I love their interaction. It's cute! The only problem I would have is that his fingers just look like they're pointed in the wrong direction. But other than that, man, this is beautiful.

Ah, that's right. I got it confused because my mum was talking about how she can't understand the Okinawan accent. Damn late night conversations. :[
