Okay, so, I know I said I wanted to stay away from fanart…but I really can't resist this series (and the original A:TLA as well). It's just too good. I'm in love with Korra and Mako but I digress and I had to draw her. I love drawing girls who don't take crap from anyone :]
Literally a very quick sketch, took only a few minutes. Was really just a stress-reliever but I ended up really liking how it turned out. Decided to ink and color her soon after. Hopefully she looks alright. c:

May add in the other elements (fire coming from her fist, rocks floating behind her, air wrapping around her), but I'm not sure if this would just be too much. I kind of like how simple this is now, but I may experiment if you guys think it might look alright.

This is wonderful~ I like how simple this is ^^ But I think rocks floating behind her would look pretty damn cool...the way I picture it in my head... ^^
Also, you drew her teeth really nicely o: Though I read in a book that when you draw teeth, you shouldn't draw them all so defined like as chiclets-so like maybe for next time you can like shade them so you can tell they're separate, but it doesn't look as harsh and cartoon-like.

I love Korra! (Well as far as a love can go with only seeing two episodes) She's so badass. You should experiment with other elements if you want, because if you really don't like the turn out anyway you don't have to upload it, but'd be interesting to see c:
