pssst! It would be something like this:

"1. Open a transparent file (800x900) in Photoshop and choose a gradient with a foreground:

#3567a6 and background: #0a1b30. In a way that the result is something like this:


2. Duplicate the layer (Ctrl+J) and, with a round brush set to 15% and white, paint a

little the bottom of the image until you get something similar to this:

3. Now select a part of the image and go to Filter/Render/Clouds, to have an image result

like this:

4. Make Free Transform to that part and put it in the top of the image, a little distorted.

Set that layer in Linear Dodge. Duplicate it and make Transform/Flip Vertical, then set it

in the bottom of the image in Color Dodge mode and using 70% opacity. You're gonna get

something like this:

5. Now, with a round brush sized 650px, 15% opacity and white colored, paint in the middle

so that it turns out like this (all of this on a new layer):

6. Now add a name in the center of the image and there!, it's done! "
