Ok so I've been playing around with this for a while and its awesome!
But I was wondering how you cleaned up the flames for the tree you have on fire. I've tried several different ways to try and get rid of the black but no luck.
Can you enlighten me?

when you have done all the steps in the tutorial, flatten the file.
layer>flatten Image
open the image you want to set on fire and drag the flatten fire image onto that file and set the layer mode of the fire image to Screen. check the tutorial if you don't know how to change the layer mode.

nice update
i figure i'd like to make a slight change in the text
to emphasize the checkbox on colorize [somebody asked about it]
and maybe re-introduce your "after that it all depends on the imagination"
finishing line... also...
i'm thinking that there was something soft
on the eyes with the white background
anyhoo...
could you send me the layered PS file of this
so i can "play" with it and reintroduce it at the club?
