I'm pretty sure there was "Attila the Frog", "Napoleon Bonafrog", "Gengis Frog", and I can't even begin to remember the last one.

They should've had their own spin-off cartoon alongside the Turtles. They're pretty much a fighting force all their own.

I'm writing a fanfic and using the frogs in it. Both them and turtles were shot with formula to make them humans
