Description
Exploring silicone based life..this was kind of thinking outside the outside box, because it started to develop into more of a singular character/being than a creature/life form or species. So I wouldn't really call this a silicone based life form, it's something beyond that but it started out based around that theory. Perhaps it's along the lines of an Ape compared to a squirrel..Some other small symmetrical and asymmetric fooling around/thumbs surrounding it.

This is gonna sound a bit weird...
I've always wondered how would silicon life reproduce. Would the bud or copulate? Would they do it like plants or would they do something else entirely?
Since you made those thumbnail sketches the world does seem to be a pretty interesting one to explore again in the future. And this thing... it's like (possibly) the sentient being that grows to takeover with tools and technology.
I REALLY DIG THIS!!!!

it's so incredibly bizarre and alien, i love it along with the rest of your silicon-based lifeform art, it needs to be colored someday!.

I wish humanity could encounter some silicon-based life one day!

The first thing that came to my mind when i saw this image was the word "overseer". The creature has a certain epic quality to it, and, like `silentkitty already commented, would fit great in the role of a boss character for a game

Thanks,
Kind of a hard but fun/interesting line to walk. Working something out that seems both mechanical and organic as one element.

Man, that thing is trippy. It looks like it belongs in a video game of some type as some kind of epic final boss.
