One of my favorite Batman villains. While the Joker is a really neat villain, I consider Penguin to be my top favorite, since he leads
a similar lifestyle to Batman with wealth and all, but uses it for bad purposes. And he can be polite for a baddie in many
materials, including the comic books.

I haven't seen the Gotham TV series yet, but you did a great job drawing him.

I think Penguin is one of Batman's best villains. Burton/DeVito's take on him was very distinctive. I hope we'll see Penguin as a villain a future Batman solo film but then less grotesque as Burton/DeVito's. I think they should put the emphasis on Cobblepot being a villain to Bruce Wayne, Oswald being a mirror to him, which he is. I think he could be a great crimeboss too. Philip Seymour Hoffman would've made a great Penguin. Can't really think of anyone else now eh

I dunno if he's underused so much as Tim Burton corrupted the public image of him with Batman Returns and PINO (Penguin In Name Only).
