Check out my own Batman drawings, part of my DC Fanverse project (basically my own complete reboot of the DC Multiverse). They're not great, and many are old and need to be redone, but feedback is always appreciated.
As for this I quite like it, obviously as I faved it, though DC more recently has rather taken a leaf from the Arkham games and had the Penguin's costume resemble the Burton one's. Not exactly the same, but a sort of modernized version of it. While I don't like what Burton did to the Penguin, I do like the outfit he gave him.

I love Tim Burton, but he ruined the Penguin and tainted the public image of the guy. Even Christopher Nolan only knew of the Burton Penguin and not the comic Penguin. Hopefully Arkham City will have worked to reverse that image.

Yeah, his penquin when a different route for sure, but that character has always been hard for creators to nail down, unlike the Joker or Catwoman.

I don't know, he's basically just a short guy with a big nose, personally I think he's much simpler than some of the rogues gallery.
