Hello~
yes, just submit it the same way you would submit a .zip or .rar file~
it would look something like this: Test
another way you could do it is, instead of clicking "choose a file to upload" click "enter text"
this will allow you to write but it would be displayed like a deviation instead of a journal.
but make sure that in both ways in the category you choose:
DeviantART Related > Devious Fun > Other

Hello,
delete anything in the file that is unnecessary have it as clean as you can (this reduces its size) but don't delete the things you wish to give out.
and then convert the folder into a .zip file not .rar then upload it to DA
try this it should work (I had the same problem with a .rar file)
If it does not work let me know and I will try to find another solution.

ok try to upload to sta.sh if it gives an error tell me what it says, If it loads on sta.sh successfully then go to submit and instead of clicking "choose a file to upload" click "select file from sta.sh" and then click on the thing you are trying to upload and it should accept it now.
what is the format of the thing you are trying to upload? the thing inside the folder.

it's an application. it has an .exe file inside with an executable java file. i;ve seen someone manage to upload a shimeji to deviantart so it's possible to upload .exe. and yes, i've tried sta.sh, but that doesn't work either. i can't remember what it told me, but it's pretty much similar to the pop-up for the normal upload

Dianita help me, PLEASE!! When I want to select category I choose Digital Art > 3 - Dimensional Art > Object > Other and later Digital Art > 3-Dimensional Art > Characters > Female. No matter what clicked (of these two) shows me "This file type is not allowed" My model is a girl and she is a ghoul. She is in a '.rar" file.

there are some files that in order to upload them you need to put them in a .zip or .rar file.

if its a model this are the basic ones I use
if its a female: Digital Art > 3-Dimensional Art > Characters > Female
If its a male: Digital Art > 3-Dimensional Art > Characters > Male
If its an animal or creature (example: bunny, centaur, humanoid) Digital Art > 3-Dimensional Art > Characters > Animals & Creatures
If its a pack of models then Digital Art > 3-Dimensional Art > Characters > Groups
