Reno Xreader Chapter 4
“where the hell is Reno” you said to yourself as you tried to finish painting the primer on the walls of your new photo studio
The place was in disarray with paint buckets, and sheets laid out so you didn’t paint into the floors. Reno promised he would help you and he said he was bringing help, so maybe he just got tied up at work or something
Another 40 minutes passed before the door to the studio opened with a DING of the bell that was on the door
“We’re not open quite yet, still doing renovations” You shouted to the front of the studio as you touched up some areas on the edge of the ceiling and top of the wall
“Don’t worry doll, I’m not here to get my picture taken” You heard Reno’s voice from the front “Not yet at least” He chuckled
You walked down the ladder and walked to the front of the studio to find Reno and Rude with paint brushes
“Well it’s about damn time” You said laughing “Are you two really going to paint in your suits?”
“Nope” Reno said as he shed his jacket and shirt “Figured I would let you have a nice show” He began to flex
“Hmm the show would be better if you were workinggggg” You said sarcastically with your hands on your hips
“Better listen to her Reno” Rude said as he put on a grubby work shirt
Reno walked up to you and leaned down to your ear and whispered “If I do a good job do I get a reward later?” He asked seductively into your ear
You smiled and whispered back “That depends on how well of a job you do” And with that you playfully shoved a paint bucket into his hands “Now get to work boys” You gave Reno a wink and continued with the project you had started

Rude had left so it was just you and Reno cleaning up
“Reno you’re covered in paint!” you shouted as Reno as he chased you around the studio with a paint brush in his hand
“And you’re not so come over here and get painted!” he shouted back chasing you
Reno finally had you cornered and swiped a little paint across your cheek. You both were laughing and out of breath
“Awe come on Reno we gotta clean up” You continued to giggle as Reno was now kissing on your neck pinning you to the wall
“Cleaning can wait until the fun stuff is over” he gave a sexy smirk
But the fun stuff was over before it even really started when Reno’s phone rang
“Yo!” He answered the phone
“Reno, we have a job to do get here now” Rude’s voice rang through the phone
“Nope not this time, the last time you called me when I was alone with (name) it wasn’t a real job!” Reno yelled into the phone
“This time it’s for real, we have to go now!” and with that Rude hung up the phone
“Damn” Reno said “I have to go, but wait for me tonight” He gave you a quick kiss and threw his shirt and jacket back on
“Reno” he paused to look at you “Be careful” You smiled
He walked back over to you and brought you into a long, hard, passionate, kiss “I will, I love you (name)”
“I love you too Reno” You pushed him playfully “Now get going so you can come back at a decent time tonight!”
Reno laughed the entire way out to his car
You smiled to yourself as you cleaned up a little, putting everything in the storage closet and closing up the studio for the night.
((Time Skip))
It was getting late and Reno hadn’t called you yet “Weird” You said to yourself “He usually calls by this time”
You sat in bed wondering if you should call him or if you should just leave it just in case he is super busy.
You sighed and decided to let it go just in case.
You crawled into bed hugging your pillow wishing it was Reno and soon fell asleep. You had about 3 hours of sleep when your phone rang startling you awake.
You reached over and grabbed your phone “Hello” You groaned sleepily
“(Name) you need to get to the hospital right now!”
“Rude?” You asked waking up more “What’s going on? Is Reno ok?” the worry started to wash over you
“You just need to get to the hospital!” And with that Rude hung up the phone
You jumped up and put the closest thing to clothing on and ran out the door
“What the hell did he get into!” you shouted in the car on the way to the hospital
Once you arrived you ran in and Rude was waiting for you along with a few other people you didn’t know.
“Rude what happened?” you asked confused about everything
“This must be (Name)” A blond man with a white suit said walking up to you
“Y-Yes I am” You said nervously
“My name is Rufus Shinra, I am Reno’s boss” He held out your hand for you to shake
“It’s nice to meet you” you loot his hand and shook it
“Hmm you look like someone I knew long ago” He said as he let go of your hand
You forced a smile to him not knowing what else to do “Well, umm, where is Reno?”
“He’ll be out of surgery soon” Rude answered
You eyes widened “Surgery!”
“Don’t worry it’s appendicitis” Rude said
“It’s….just….appendicitis!!!” you shouted at Rude “I THOUGHT HE WAS DYING!”
Everyone around stopped what they were doing and looked at you
“(name) I’m sorry I worried you, he’s going to be fine” Rude tried to calm you
“well it was nice to meet you (name), but we have to go now, we have work to do. Elena, Tseng, let’s go” Rufus said and the other two fallowed him out the door
You gave a small wave and turned back towards Rude “How much longer do we have to wait?”
“I’m not sure, but I have Reno’s goggles for you, they took them off of him when he went into surgery” He handed you Reno’s goggles
You took them with a small smile and placed them on your head “Thanks Rude”
((Time Skip))
You have been waiting in the waiting room for over two hours now with Rude.
“If you want to go back home I understand, you look exhausted” Rude broke a long silence
“No, I’ll stay here” you said forcing your eyes open
“Are you two here for Reno Sinclair?” you looked up to see a nurse looking at you and Rude
“Uh yeah we are id he out of surgery?” You asked her
“Yes he is, he’s been asking for someone named (name)” She said
You stood up “I’m (name), I’m Reno’s girlfriend” She turned
“Fallow me then” And you did as she said
“I’ll be in, in a few minutes” Rude called from behind
She opened the door to his room and you saw Reno sitting in the hospital bed with a big stupid grin on his face “Hey why don’t come up here and give me a kiss yo”
You sighed “Reno you had me scared to death” You walked over to the hospital bed “I thought you died” you giggled a little
“Sorry to make you worry but for a minute there I thought I was going to die” He chuckled “Nurse can we have some privacy?” Reno asked
The nurse smiled and nodded then left.
“How are you feeling Reno? Do you need anything?” Reno gave you a smirk
“I think I need a nurse” He said seductively
“Well I’ll go get her, if you needed her why did you tell her to leave?” You began walking to the door to get the nurse
“Oh no you don’t” Reno grabbed your arm “I need a sexy nurse” he smirked
You rolled your eyes “Maybe”
“Awe come one yo!” he whined “I’ve always wanted a sexy nurse to take care of me”
You sighed “Fine I’ll see what I can do, but for now we both need sleep now scoot over”
Reno did as you said and you climbed into the bed with him
“I love you (name)” He kissed your forehead
“I love you too Reno, I’m glad you’re ok” And soon you and Reno were both asleep
A few minutes passed and Rude walked into the room. He smiled slightly at the site of you two sleeping and walked back out to leave you alone.
